Cannot be used in place of sutures or other forms of mechanical ligation in the treatment or major arterial or venous bleeding. Excludes: FIBRIN SEALANT TRANSDERMAL PATCH AND FIBRIN SEALANT KITS FOR PHARMACEUTICAL USE.
