It generally consists of a specified grade of paper or similar material, square or rectangular in appearance, having on its face a figure representing a bull's-eye or silhouetted image with segments of concentric ring(s) or image outline(s). It is usually applied to the target by means of paste or adhesive back surface. When placed on target, the segments are aligned with corresponding lines on target to assure proper centering.
