A heavy paper or paperboard made from wastepaper, overissue news, pulpwood or a combination of these. It is formed solid, or built up by pasting many thicknesses together. The surfaces may be smooth or rough, or may be lined on one or both sides with plain, decorated, or embossed facing paper in a wide range of colors and finishes.
