A machine mounted on wheels with a handle for manual guiding. It is designed for wetting and scrubbing or wetting, scrubbing, and vacuum-drying floors. It consists essentially of an electric motor powered brush(es) with a clean water and detergent tank. It may also include a vacuum pick-up and drying system with a used water tank.
