An item consisting of plastic rings and a back, of either one-piece or two-piece construction. One-piece construction consists of a plastic strip as a back from which a number of curved rings extend for insertion into elongated holes in the paper. Two-piece construction consists of a separate ring section which fits into elongated holes in the paper and a back section which slides over the ring section and double-locks both ends of each ring.
