A complete electronic set specifically designed to produce radio frequency signals transmitted through the air, to be used in the training of radar set operators or communication set operators in electronic countermeasure techniques and in electronic warfare. It includes items such as transmitters, receivers, recorders, scoring systems, and the like for the evaluation of operator efficiency. The set cannot be used for operational electronic countermeasures signals that are wire-conductec to another component such as radar set indicator, see SIMULATOR, COUNTERMEASURES SIGNALS.
