An item consisting of a toothed wheel, mounted on a turbine engine compressor, rotating in the magnetic field produced by the magnet of a sensor. When the teeth pass the magnet, the gap changes, hence the magnetic field which generates an electro-motive force within the solenoids the electric signal is transmitted to an indicator.
