An apparatus, device, or instrument which is specifically designed for testing spring resiliency by subjection to the desired strain and indicating this force in units of weight. Indication may be by means of a dial, graduated scale, a pressure gage, a weighing scale, or by the graduated scale of a torque indicator wrench.
