A medical device consisting of a flow meter, aspirator, check valve, quick connect and release adaptor for existing oxygen outlets, inhalator with a manifold block having at least four ports such as right, left, front and rear port connected to the inhalator and aspirator. Each component works independently of the others, and other related multiple functions. It is designed for simultaneous use of pressure ventilator, oxygen therapy, and suction for oropharyngeal secretion. Item is compatible with RESUSCITATOR-INHALATION-VENTILATOR.
