Radio Frequency Coil

5950011351010 011351010 240-1997-010 BP3422

An item consisting of a partial turn as one or more turns of wire or other conductive material which constitutes one continuous untapped winding. It may be wound or formed in other than a circular manner and may be self-supporting, requiring no coil form. It is specifically designed to furnish inductive reactance in a circuit carrying radio frequency current ranging from 20 kilohertz (kilocycles) and above. It may include tuning devices, integral resistors and capacitors; however, excludes FILTER (as modified). The coil has only two electrical terminals. For items having tapped winding or more than one winding - see TRANSFORMER, RADIO FREQUENCY. For coils wound on resistors, which are designed to be inserted in the circuit of a radio frequency stage to suppress high frequency parasitic oscillations, see SUPPRESSOR, PARASITIC. 5840-33-210-6461 5840332106461 332106461 is an electronic assembly which consists of and functions as a receiver-transmitter, radar and a antenna. excludes radar set.
5996-33-208-3482 5996332083482 332083482 is an electronic device whose radio frequency input signals control power from a source independent of the input signals, and delivers radio frequency output signals of greater amplitude with respect to current and/or voltage. the output signals characteristics are uniformly related to the input signals. it operates at frequencies above 20 kilohertz.
5840-33-208-2355 5840332082355 332082355 is a set of connected electronic units which function as part of a signal processor group. the unit or circuit or circuit outputs are used elsewhere in the signal processor group to determine whether the energy received from the audio, radio or intermediate frequencies are valid signals. the received energy is directed to the units circuits from the appropriate radar array for amplification or attenuation as a function of target capability.
5840-33-208-2352 5840332082352 332082352 is a single component having the dual functions of generating electromagnetic energy for transmission, and of receiving, demodulating, and sometimes presenting intelligence from the reflected electromagnetic energy. may include accessories. for multiple units consisting of a single radar receiver and a single radar transmitter, see the applicable set item name. see also frequency converter-transmitter. for items designed to initiate an explosion in an item of ammunition, see fuze (as modified).
