An item that is the integration of the Defense Message System suites of hardware and software into a mobile, tactical application to support the deployed warfighter with individual and organizational classified and unclassified messaging. It will function as a downsized Local Control Center to provide end-to-end connectivity with NIPRNET, SIPRNET, TAC-SAT, full and fractional T1, ISDN and the Tactical Packet Network.
