A broadcast system which has the capability to receive, decrypt, process, encrypt and transmit both local and remotely generated data, via a user supplied TERMINAL, SATELLITE COMMUNICATOR. The system includes dual processing enclaves that are comprised of routers, encoders, switches, encapusulators, modulators, receiver/decoders, and encryption devices with associated workstations that utilize a variety of commercial and government developed software.
