An attachment which converts a DRILL, PNEUMATIC, PORTABLE; or a DRILL, ELECTRIC, PORTABLE; to a portable power driven sander, buffer, or polisher. It consists of a flexible circular backing pad, usually rubber, furnished with DISK, ABRASIVE for sanding and wool bonnet(s) for buffing or polishing. It has a straight round 1/4 inch (6.35 millimeters) shank for inserting into the chuck of a drill. May have an angle drive of approximately 100 degrees or may have the drill shank mounted directly to the center of the backing pad.
