A metallic device of variable configuration having a circular ingress orifice located in the greatest dimension. When inoperative, the orifice is sealed by a poppet valve held in position by a mechanical spring. It permits rapid replenishment of fuel storage tanks, or fueling of an aircraft or guided missile when the valve is depressed by the fueling nozzle or by another similar pressure fuel dispensing device.
