Consists primarily of a COMPRESSOR, AIRCRAFT GAS TURBINE ENGINE, CHAMBER, COMBUSTION, AIRCRAFT GAS TURBINE ENGINE and a TURBINE ASSEMBLY, AIRCRAFT GAS TURBINE ENGINE. It may have an AFTERBURNER, TURBINE ENGINE and/or a fan section. Air is compressed and heated by a combustible fuel and expanded through the turbine. It is designed to furnish a source of rotary shaft, pneumatic power or thrust power. The pneumatic power is obtained by a bleedoff of the engine compressor.
