An externally threaded screw-like device with a hexagon, square, slotted or any other type drive end. The other end may have a spherical ball, socket or other type of machined surface. It may have a concentric hole along the longitudinal centerline and a hole perpendicular to the axis joining the concentric hole for lubrication.
