A horizontal mounted propeller with two or more blades, designed to rotate and provide thrust for waterborne vessels. The water is sucked up from under eath the vessel. The vessel is maneuvered by means of a 360 degrees rotating deflector, which turns the water 90 degrees and forces it through a tunnel. It may be a solid or built-up construction.
