TM 9-2350-260-20-1-2 MAIN OIL FILTER REPLACEMENT (2A ENGINE) (Sheet 5 of 5) INSTALLATION: 1. Install new gasket (A) onto six studs (B) on filter housing. 2. Install filter (C) into housing as shown making sure slot (D) in top of filter (C) is alined with stop bolt (E). 3. Push filter (C) over six studs (B) and onto housing. 4. Install six nuts and flat washers (F) onto six studs (B). Using 1/2 inch socket, tighten nuts (F) onto studs (B). 5. Using 1/2 inch wrench, tighten stop bolt (E). 6. Fill engine with oil (Item 43, Appendix D) (LO 9-2350260-12). 7. Start engine and check for leaks (TM 9-2350-260-10. 8. Stop engine. 9. Install upper engine access cover onto bulkhead (page 16-44).
