Manually operate primer pump handle (TM 9-2350.260-10). 11. Observe air release bubbles from fuel water separator bleed cap (B). 12. Continue to operate primer pump until a constant fuel flow is observed from bleed cap (B). 13. Using wrench, close bleed cap (B). 14. Install engine upper access cover (page 16-44).
