The number three main bearing cap (1) the number 3. bearing saddles counting from is marked with 1. 2. 3. 4. GO Put number three main bearing cap (1) on number three bearing saddle (2). Mounting holes in number three main bearing cap must line up with screw holes in number three bearing saddle. Coat two bolts (4) and washers (5) lightly with engine lubricating oil. Put in and hand tighten two bolts and washers. Using torque wrench, tighten two bolts (4) to 80 to 90 pound-feet. Using torque wrench, tighten two bolts (4) to 115 to 120 pound-feet. TO FRAME 47 4-70
