TM 9-2815-210-34-2-2 d. Crankshaft Damper and Pulley Assembly. NOTE If working on engines other than LDS-465-2, start with frame 1. If working on engine LDS-465-2, go to frame 4. FRAME 1 1. Coat lip of crankshaft front oil seal (1), crankshaft key (2), and damper pulley assembly bearing area of crankshaft (3) with lubricating oil. NOTE Tell machine shop to make damper pulley locator (4). See figure 5-1. 2. Put on fabricated damper pulley locator (4). Aline locator with crankshaft key (2). 3. Put in pulley mounting bolt (5).
