TM 9-2815-210-34-2-2 FRAME 3 1. 2. 3. 4. GO Mount dial indicator (1) so indicator pointer (2) rests on teeth of camshaft gear (3). Turn gear (3) as far as it will go one way and hold it. Set dial indicator (1) to zero. Turn gear (3) as far as it will go the other way. Read backlash on dial indicator (1). Camshaft gear backlash must be between 0.003 and 0.009 inch. TO FRAME 4 5-22
