TM 9-2815-210-34-2-2 FRAME 11 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. Coat both sides of gasket (1) with sealant. Put gasket in place on cylinder block (2). Put engine front plate (3) in place. Put in and tighten six screws with lock- washers (4). Coat front main bearing cap (5) and lower main bearing half (6) with oil. Put main bearing half into main bearing cap. Put front main bearing cap (5) in place in cylinder block (2). Put in two cap screws with washers (7). Tighten two capscrews to 80 to 90 pound-feet. Tighten two cap screws (7) to 120 to 125 pound-feet. END OF TASK 5-19
