TM 9-2815-210-34-2-2 FRAME 8 1. Check that oil seals (1) are flush with top of bearing cap (2) to with in 0.0625 inch. 2. Put in two capscrews with washers (3). Tighten capscrews to 80 to 90 pound-feet. 3. Tighten capscrews (3) to 115 to 120 pound-feet. 4. Using protrusion gage (4), check alinement of main bearing cap (2). Aline- ment must be within 0.002 inch. GO TO FRAME 9 5-16
