TM 9-2815-210-34-2-2 b. Cleaning. (1) Check that all openings in solenoid valves are plugged. WARNING Dry cleaning solvent is flammable. Do not use near an open flame. Keep a fire extinguisher nearby when solvent is used. Use only in well- ventilated places. Failure to do this may result in injury to personnel and damage to equipment. CAUTION Do not dip solenoid valves in dry cleaning solvent. Damage to parts inside solenoid valves will result. (2) Clean outside of solenoid valves using cloth dipped in dry cleaning solvent. (3) Remove cap plugs from fuel line openings. c. Inspection. FRAME 1 1. Check that solenoid valves (1) are not cracked or dented. Get a new valve if cracked or dented. 2. Check that threads in inlet (2) and outlet (3) are not stripped. 3. Check that threads on electrical connector (4) are not stripped. GO TO FRAME 2 4-577
