TM 9-2815-210-34-2-2 d. Assembly. FRAME 1 1. Put woodruff key (1) in generator shaft (2). 2. Put pulley (3) on generator shaft (2), and tap gently in place using hollow driver if needed. 3. On engine LDS-465-1, put on lockwasher (4) and nut (5). 4. On all engines except LDS-465-1, put on flat washer (6) and locknut (7). 5. If nut (5 or 7) is 1/2 inch, tighten to 35 pound-feet. If nut is 5/8 inch, tighten to 40 to 50 pound-feet. If nut is 3/4 inch, tighten to 70 to 80 pound-feet. 6. On engine LDS-465-1, put in cotter pin (8). END OF TASK 4-478
