If readings are not within given limits, throw away part and get a new one. Measure diameter of four retaining pins (1). Measure inside diameter of four retaining pin bores (2) in pulley (3). Measure fit of retaining pin (1) to bore in pulley (3). If fit is not within given limits, throw away item with the most wear and get a new one. Measure inside diameter of bore (4) in pulley (5). Measure outside diameter of four sleeve bearings (6). Measure inside diameter of four sleeve bearings (6) in pulley (5). Measure fit of retaining pin (1) in sleeve bearing (6).
