TM 9-2815-210-34-2-2 FRAME 3 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. Turn over breather valve housing (1) and lay it flat on workbench as shown. Put diaphragm assembly (2) on breather valve housing (1), alining holes. Threaded end of diaphragm needle (3) must face up. Valve end of diaphragm must rest in valve seat (4). Tap threaded end of diaphragm needle (3) lightly with a short brass hammer to seat diaphragm needle to valve seat (4). Put spring (5) over threaded end of needle valve (3). Put breather valve spring housing (6) on breather valve housing (1), alining holes. Put in five screw; (7) and lockwashers (8). GO TO FRAME 4 4-289
