TM 9-2815-210-34-2-2 FRAME 2 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. Check that two thrust springs (1) are not cracked or broken. If thrust springs are cracked or broken, throw them away and get new ones. Check that two retaining rings (2) are not cracked or bent. If retaining rings are cracked or bent, throw them away and get new ones. Check that two thrust washers (3) are not chipped, cracked, bent or grooved. If thrust washers are chipped, cracked, bent or grooved, throw them away and get new ones. Check that six mounting screws (4) do not have stripped or damaged threads, rounded heads or other damage. If mounting screws are damaged, throw them away and get new ones. Check that six mounting lockwashers (5) and two plugs (6) are not chipped, cracked, or bent. If lockwashers or plugs are damaged, throw them away and get new ones. GO TO FRAME 3 4-261
