TM 9-2815-210-34-2-2 4-20. VALVE ROCKER ARM PUSH RODS. a. Cleaning. There are no special cleaning procedures needed. Refer to cleaning procedures given in para 4-3. b. Inspection and Repair. FRAME 1 1. Check push rod (1) for straightness by rolling on flat surface. If bent, get new push rod. 2. Check that push rod (1) is not out-of-round. If push rod is out-of-round, get new push rod. 3. Do steps 1 and 2 again for all other push rods. END OF TASK 4-254
