TM 9-2815-210-34-2-2 FRAME 15 CAUTION 1. 2. 3. 4. GO Do not turn reamer (1) to the left while reaming valve guides (2). Never force reamer into valve guide. Damage to valve guide will result. NOTE Do this frame only for valve guides (2) that have been changed. Slowly turn 0.4392 to 0.4390-inch external diameter reamer (1) to the right while pushing reamer lightly into valve guide (2) until reamer is all the way through valve guide. While turning reamer (1) to the right, pull it out of valve guide (2). Measure inside diameter of valve guide (2) after reaming. If inside diameter of valve guide (2) is less than 0.4388 inch, do steps 1 and 2 again. Make sure you are using right size reamer. If inside diameter of valve guide (2) is more than 0.4394 inch, knock it out. Refer to frame 12. Get a new valve guide and put it in. Refer to frame 14. Then do steps 1, 2 and 3 again with right size reamer. TO FRAME 16 4-225
