TM 9-2815-210-34-2-2 4-14. COOLANT DRAIN COCK AND OIL PRESSURE TRANSMITTER. a. Cleaning. FRAME 1 WARNING Dry cleaning solvent is flammable. Do not use near an open flame. Keep a fire extinguisher nearby when solvent is used, Use only in well-ventilated places. Failure to do this may result in injury to personnel and damage to equipment. 1. Clean oil pressure transmitter (1) with dry cleaning solvent. Dry with clean cloth. 2. Clean pipe adapter (2), drain cock (3), and two elbows (4) with brass wire probe. 3. Wash pipe adapter (2), drain cock (3), and dry cleaning solvent. WARNING two elbows (4) by flushing with Eye shields must be worn when using compressed air. Eye injury can occur if eye shields are not used. 4. Dry pipe adapter (2), drain cock (3), and two elbows (4) by blowing them out with dry, compressed air. END OF TASK 4-143
