Handle them NOTE Y-size cylinder sleeves (1) are marked with the letter “Y” on outside of sleeve about one inch below top of sleeve. Z-size cylinder sleeves (1) are marked with the letter “Z” on outside of sleeve about one inch be- low top of sleeve. Get new cylinder sleeves (1) for old cylinder sleeves thrown away during preparation of crankcase for cleaning. Get Y-size cylinder sleeves for Y-size cylinder bores (2). Get Z-size cylinder sleeves for Z-size cylinder bores (2). Check that six cylinder sleeves (1) are not cracked, nicked, scratched or scored. Check that six cylinder sleeves have no small bits of metal stuck in surface. If any cylinder sleeve is cracked, nicked, scratched or scored or has small bits of metal stuck in surface, throw it away and get a new one. TO FRAME 4 4-123
