TM 9-2815-210-34-2-2 FRAME 5 1. 2. 3. 4. Check that camshaft gear (1) is not cracked. If camshaft gear is cracked, throw it away and get a new one. Check that teeth of camshaft gear (1) are not cracked, pitted, chipped or worn. If they are, throw away camshaft gear and get a new one. Check that teeth and keyway of camshaft gear (1) have no small nicks or burrs. Fix minor nicks and burrs with a fine mill file. Check that threads for camshaft gear puller in two small holes (2) are not damaged. Fix minor thread damage with a tap. GO TO FRAME 6 4-108
