TM 9-2520-246-34-1 FRAME 2 1. Check that two brakeshoe linings (1) are not worn more than 1/16 inch from top of brake lining rivets. If linings are worn, put on new ones. Refer to TM 9-2320-209-34. 2. Check that two brakeshoe faces (2) and webs (3) have no cracks. If brakeshoes are cracked or worn, get new ones. 3. Check that handbrake lever (4) has no cracks. If lever is cracked, weld it. Refer to TM 9-237. 4. Check that all other parts have no wear and damage. Throw away damaged parts and get new ones in their place. END OF TASK 2-173
