TM 9-2320-386-24-1-2 0335 00 TRANSMISSION (IN-VEHICLE) REPLACEMENT (Contd) 0335 00-2 REMOVAL WARNING Do not disconnect air lines before draining air reservoirs. Small parts under pressure may shoot out with high velocity, causing injury to personnel. Always wear eye protection when draining air reservoirs. Failure to do so may result in injury to personnel. CAUTION Cap or plug all hoses, connections, and openings immediately after disconnection or component removal to prevent contamination. Failure to do so may result in damage to equipment. 1. Remove eight screws (4) and propeller shaft (5) from input flange (7) on transfer case (6) and output flange (1) on transmission (8). 2. Remove screw (3), washer (2), and output flange (1) from transmission (8). NOTE Assistant will help with steps 3 through 7. 3.
