Attach lifting device and chain to roller (7). Position roller (7) between two housings (9) on subframe (8). Install roller (7) and recorded number of shims (10) on housings (9) with two pins (1), eight new lockwashers (3), and screws (2). Use dial indicator to measure end play between roller (7) and housing (9). Install or remove shims, as needed (step 3), to provide 0.03 in. (0.76 mm) minimum end play. Remove lifting device and chain from roller (7). 15-230
