TM 9-2320-361-24-2 0211 00 0211 00-2 DOOR GLASS REPLACEMENT (Contd) REMOVAL 1. Remove four screws (4) from channel lift (5) and frame (3). 2. Remove channel lift (5), channel lift filler (6), and channel lift seal (7) from frame (3). Discard channel lift filler (6) and channel lift seal (7). 3. Slide glass (1) out of frame (3). 4. Remove frame seal (2) from frame (3). Discard frame seal (2). INSTALLATION 1. Install new frame seal (2) in frame (3). 2. Install glass (1) in frame (3). Tap glass (1) gently into position. 3. Install new channel lift seal (7) on bottom of glass (1). 4. Install new channel lift filler (6) on channel lift (5). 5. Install channel lift (5) on frame (3) with four screws (4). 6. Install cab door glass and frame (WP 0210 00). 1 7 6 2 3 4 5 END OF WORK PACKAGE
