TEST NO. TEST 10 ENGINE RPM NO YES • Is oil pressure within range? • Proceed to next desired test. • Proceed to Low Oil Pressure Check, test NG 05 (WP 0018 00). CHECK OIL PRESSURE: • Dial 10 into TEST SELECT switches and press TEST. • Increase engine RPM to the value listed below. • Watch vehicle oil pressure gauge. • Verify that oil pressure is within limits listed below. NOTE If VTM does not display RPM, check: • Cables and connectors. Replace as needed. • Pulse tachometer. Replace as needed. NOTE Speeds given are approximate. If exact speed cannot be reached, check oil pressure at closest possible speed.
