Install two supports (16) on bracket (3) with two screws (13) and new locknuts (12). Install bracket (3) on supports (10) with two screws (11) and new locknuts (18). Do not tighten locknuts (18). Install two supports (16) on front splash shield (15) with two screws (17) and new locknuts (14). Tighten locknuts (9) and (18). 11-63
