Install exhaust pipe (29) on bracket (16) with U-bolt (35), clamp (17), two new lockwashers (6), and nuts (5). Install exhaust pipe (29) on bracket (25) with clamp (26), washer (27), screw (28), washer (19), and new locknut (20). Install cover plates (18) on fender (32) with two washers (33), screws (34), washers (31), and two new locknuts (30). Install exhaust shield (36) on exhaust pipe (29) with two clamps (3), four screws (37), and new locknuts (4). Install new gasket (40) and stack pipe (1) on exhaust pipe (29) with coupling (39), screw (38), and new locknut (2). Do not tighten locknut (2). Position outlet of stack pipe (1) outward and approximately 45° to the rear of vehicle. Tighten coupling (39). Install new gasket (24) and flex tube (15) on exhaust pipe (29) with coupling (23), screw (21), and new locknut (22). Do not tighten locknut (22). Install new gasket (10) and elbow (9) on turbocharger (12) with clamp (11). Do not tighten clamp (11). Install new gasket (8) and flex tube (15) on elbow (9) with coupling (14), screw (7), and new locknut (13). Tighten coupling (14). Tighten clamp (11) and coupling (23).
