Install ground strap (23) on crossmember (6) with screw (17), washer (18), new lockwasher (19), and nut (20). 5. Install two washers (15) and new locknuts (16) on screws (8). Tighten locknuts (16) 65-70 lb-ft (88-95 N·m). 6. Install two washers (10), springs (11), washers (12), and new locknuts (13) on studs (2). Do not fully compress springs (11).
