TM 9-2320-209-34-2-3 FRAME 15 1. Move shifter rod (1) until detent (2) in shifter fork (3) goes into neutral position slot (4) in shifter shaft (5). 2. Turn input shaft (6). Rear output shaft (7) should not turn. 3. Turn sliding gear (8). Sliding gear should turn without meshing with any other gear. 4. If sliding gear (8) meshes with reverse idler gear (9), move shifter shaft (5) with screwdriver until sliding gear is free of reverse idler gear. GO TO FRAME 16 18-264
