Spec P-D-680 PERSONNEL: One EQUIPMENT CONDITION: Truck parked, engine off, handbrake set. Preliminary Procedure. Remove discharge pipe. Refer to TM 9-2320-209-20. b. Cleaning, Inspection, and Repair. WARNING Dry cleaning solvent is flammable. Do not use near an open flame. Keep a fire extinguisher nearby when solvent is used. Use only in well-ventilated places. Failure to do this may result in injury to personnel and damage to equipment. 1. Clean discharge pipe (1) with dry cleaning solvent. 2. Check that discharge pipe (1) has no cracks or holes. 3. If discharge pipe (1) is damaged, throw it away and get new one. NOTE Follow-on Maintenance Action Required: Replace discharge pipe. Refer to TM 9-2320-209-20. END OF TASK 17-375
