TM 9-2320-209-20-3-4 (2) Winch sprocket assembly. FRAME 1 1. 2. 3. 4. Put hub (1) and sprocket (2) on winch shaft (3) and line up hole in winch shaft with holes in hub and sprocket. Using hammer and punch, drive pin (4) into winch shaft (3) and hub (1). Pin must be only in hub and shaft so sprocket will turn. Turn sprocket (2) one-quarter turn and put shear pin (5) through holes in sprocket and hub (1). Using needle nose pliers, put cotter pin (6) through hole in shear pin (5) and bend open ends of cotter Follow-on pin. NOTE Maintenance Action Required: Replace winch drive chain.
