TM 9-2320-209-20-3-4 c. Replacement. FRAME 1 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. GO Put spreader tube (1) in place between two upper leg tubes (2). Put in spreader stud (3) so that the same number of threads show on each side of upper leg tubes (2). Put on two spacers (4), one on each end of spreader stud (3) as shown. Put looped ends of harness assembly (5) over each spacer (4). Put on two washers (6) and using wrench, screw on and tighten two adjusting nuts (7). Make sure the same number of threads show from each adjusting nut. Using wrench, screw on and tighten two locknuts (8). TO FRAME 2 23-129
