Turn locking latch (1) to unlocked position. 2. Move rear winch control lever (2) slightly to make sure that clutch and brake plate (3) snap into neutral detent. 3. Using mirror (4), check that clutch and brake plate (3) is just inside dogs (5) on drum assembly (6). GO TO FRAME 2 TA 085076 19-20
