When tightening nut, using rubber mallet, tap the other side of clamp ring (1) towards clamp ring brackets. Tighten bolt (3) and nut (6) a little at a time by hand, using mallet to tap clamp ring. Using 9/16-inch wrenches, tighten bolt (3) and nut (6). Put padlock (7) through holes in clamp ring brackets (4) and lock it. 18-356
