TM 9-2320-209-20-3-3 FRAME 3 Soldier B 1. Aline holes in drain pipe cover (1) and brackets (2). Using screwdriver, screw in and tighten two screws (3). Soldier A 2. Put three capscrews (4) through holes and using 9/16-inch wrench, hold them. Soldier B 3. Using 9/16-inch wrench, screw on and tighten three nuts (5) and washers (6). Go to back of truck.
