TM 9-2320-209-20-3-3 FRAME 3 1. Put gasket (1) between pipe flange (2) and meter flange (3), alining holes. Put two bolts (4) through pipe flange, gasket, and meter flange. 2. Using 15/16-inch wrench, hold nuts (5). Using 15/16-inch wrench, screw in and tighten bolts (4). 3. Do steps 1 and 2 again for gasket (6) on other side of meter. 4.
